Tangled Tree Markets Pop-Up Shop at the Calgary Fall Home Show 2024!
September 27-29, BMO Centre, Calgary!
For the second year we are thrilled to pop-up at the Fall Home Show. Looking for the perfect handcrafted, artisan piece for you or your space but not sure where to get it? Plan to spend some time at the Tangled Tree Markets pop-up boutique to find dozens of locally made items.
Whether it’s on–trend home & garden décor, luxurious textiles, stunning wall art or hand-finished furniture – you’ll find just the right thing with us. At the Tangled Tree Markets shop you can purchase your favourite items on the spot or ask about custom orders. Come and meet our artisans and connect with creativity this fall!

This event is a pop-up shop style market. Artisans can book a 4 foot space, or a 6 foot space where they set up their goods (bring your own table or shelving unit). Tangled Tree Markets runs an optional central cash register (Square) so you do not need to stay at your table the whole time (but you may). You can bring your own stool or small chair to sit beside your table and take your own payments if you wish. It's up to you.
Space Options:

SMALL: 4 foot wide x 6 foot tall space for all three days is $350 total, no GST. Bring your own table and chair / stool.

MEDIUM: 6 foot wide by 6 foot tall space for all three days is $425 total, no GST. Bring your own table and chair / stool.

JUST A WALL: 6 feet wide of just wall space by 4 feet of height (upper half of a wall) perfect for paintings, photography, macrame, coat racks / leash racks, wreaths etc, the fee is $200 for all three days. No table space is included here. Just bring a stool if you wish to stay!
(The depth is a regular market table, so about 3 feet. Plus there's room for you to put your chair.) No commission is taken. Your sales totals from our central cash (less Square fees) if you use it, will be e-transferred to you one week after the market closes. Participating vendors are required to stock the day before the show opens, and pack up one hour after close.

About our NEW location at RockPointe Church:

The RockPointe Church venue is like no other, featuring stunning SW views of the mountains, ample parking and indoor space for up to 100 artists! The market will fill up the grand foyer with about 25% of our artisans, a snack concession with tables and chairs, entertainment and loads of daylight streaming in.

The market continues in the main auditorium which features soft lighting, Christmas music, carpeted floors and 75% of the market artisans. The whole venue is wheelchair, walker and stroller accessible. Please join us and spend the day browsing, shopping, listening to Christmas music, meeting old friends and making new ones!

Preference is given to those with active social media, excellent photos for promotion, and work from one category. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until each category is full. Please apply early before your category and space choice fills up!
Artists may share a space, both need to apply and let me know you want to share. Thank you!

A3. Small Booth along a wall. AUDITORIUM only: Sold out!

A5. Interior booth, no wall and no power. Approximately 8 feet wide by 9 feet deep.
These spaces are on the end of a row of table-top spaces. Therefore you can have shopping on three sides if you wish to while the row of other vendors is at your back side. Your entire booth as well as you and your storage / chairs / stock must be inside this 8x9 space. Shoppers will be on three sides and other vendors on the full 4th side. You may do an L shape or a U shape. Bring your own tables. 2 chairs are provided. Bring your own batter powered lights, the auditorium lighting is soft. $150 no GST

Payments:
All fees are payable by etransfer and are due immediately. Spaces are confirmed only once payment and registration form has been received. Terms are outlined on the registration form.
I can't hold spaces without payment. Thanks for understanding.
Cancellations:
I appreciate that life happens. However, please be aware that due to the high costs and the scale of this event, NO REFUNDS are offered beyond August 1st, 2024. Bookings after that are FINAL with no refunds, transfers or exchanges.
